Beating hearts

It was early in the morning when they arrived at Misty Meadow Stables, the first sunbeams strove against the thick clouds that covered big parts of the sky. Elsa parked the car and opened the door. She could sense how exited Glossy was in her trailer shifting form one hove to the other. The horses in the stables welcomed the mare and Glossy whinnied back. After the mare had been moved into a fresh box, Elsa and the MMS staff members chatted over a casual cup of coffee.
In the afternoon Glossy met Comos at a pasture a few minutes on foot away from the barn. There wasn't much trouble as both horses were very social and relaxed by nature. In the beginning they trotted around and later they stood side by side grooming each others fur while the sun warmed their shiny coats. Elsa decided to let them alone and made a ride through the woods together with the girls and boys form MMS instead.
